From my point of view, home made food is the best (at least for me). In my house we put a lot of vegetables in our food and some meat that is always heated or boiled with water and rarely fried with oil for one minute or less to give crispy taste or to make it taste better. We also avoid acidic drinks such as Pepsi and especially Fanta and other colored, sugar flavored drinks. instead we either make our own juices or if we were lazy we would drink the juices bought from a store which are better than acidic drinks.

Healthy and Unhealthy food can be pointed out easily on a one factor. The factor is 'did the human interfere with the food'.in another words, any food that does not grow naturally or it is modified by the human is 99.5% of the time bad for aside from medicine and other medical substances. For example, the food that is restaurants and especially fast food restaurants intend to always get taster, and since our bodies like certain substance, they increase it to make us like it. Even though it might contain some fats or nutrients that are good for you, yet too much is not good. Our bodies like fats, in most of the restaurants, if you check you can find the amount of oil they use is incredible. it contains more calories than you need for one day. Worse than that, If you eat too much fat, it will be left behind in your body damaging it and blocking your blood vessels which gives a high blood pressure and a high chance of heart attack. However, the healthy food is the vegetables and fruits. Even though the human interfered with them, yet he only changed a sentence in the book unlike fast food. The healthy food contains fibers that is not digested but it is used for cleaning your digestive system and scrub the waste food and preventing it from being attached to your large intestine and blocking the way. The healthy food also contains high amounts of nutrients and proteins. It contains low fat and calories rates which makes it easier to eat a lot of them and not worrying about your health. However, the can food or fast food sometimes contains 0 protein and nutrients and very high amounts of fat and calories which also helps in gaining weight. The fast food also contains a lot of fat that soon becomes addictive and it can lead into bad habits.
